Refuse Chute Hopper Door Installation
Refuse Hopper Installation
Without a hopper door, a refuse chute is little more than an unsecure pipe that you can tip rubbish into. With hopper doors, chutes become safer, secure, more hygienic and resistant to smoke and fire.
In fact, our hopper doors are also vandal resistant, and come in a range of paint and powder coated finishes to fit your design or branding requirements.
Waste Chute Systems currently manufacture and supply the following types of hopper:
Steel Hoppers
Our steel hoppers are manufactured from powder coated mild steel, stainless steel, or a combination of the two depending on your needs and requirements.
All of our steel hopper doors are double-skinned, with a fire resistant core and anti-vandal hinges to keep your chute and your property safe and secure at all times.
Ground Floor Hoppers
Our large ground floor hoppers can be fitted to a 600mm chute, or used as a direct feed hopper, providing you with a large loading capacity that allows residents to dispose of more material in one go.
Our ground floor hoppers can even accommodate standard issue black sacks.
Bespoke Hoppers and Accessories
Waste Chute Systems can also manufacture bespoke hoppers on request, creating hoppers that can be fitted to any type of chute, including older, non-standardised chutes.
We can also provide side-hung, self-closing doors for installation when space is at a premium, and a range of accessories such as face plates, locks and hopper extensions.
Simply let us know what you need, and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you.
